The twin room is gorgeous and bright. the staff are perfect and very good. - Its location is stunning & incredible, close enough to the river and very nice promenade and the coffee shop. - You can relax at Hot Potato, located nearby. - Thanks, we will definitely go back there again, really enjoyed this hotel.

Very amiable staff, excellent services, including plenty of outstanding delicacies. Friendly check-in and late check-out, parking next to the building. Not to mention strong wifi! Magnificent location for visiting bars and a cinema. The restaurant was very nice, for dinner.

Nice personnel. Free welcome drink. Free parking place.

Room wasn’t clean enough. Guest’s dog seating on the chair in the restaurant sniffing plates on the table with no reaction of personnel, even after my ask (it was not guide dog for the blind). Low budget free samples of cosmetics. Short time of breakfast.

I was dissapointed that they couldnt satisfied my wishes.I it will be good if I knew it before so I could choose another hotel. The double standard room was really small for such a price.

The breakfast was really good.

The bathroom was not heated, the heater was not working. After 5 min. in the shower, the water switch off. 10 min. later I received water (cold) again.
